REAL TRAVEL CLUBS is a for sale/rent by owner consulting company, though timeshares appear for sale/rent on this website we do not guarantee bookings and or sales however we guarantee that all offers and inquiry's will be submitted to the timeshare owner. Furthermore any timeshare owner who has posted their timeshare for sale or rent understands that REAL TRAVEL CLUBS is only providing consulting services on how to sell or rent your timeshare ownership, any interested party who would like to rent or purchase a timeshare will be directed to the proper resources that can assist them in securing timeshare ownership. REAL TRAVEL CLUBS has provided you a list of terms and conditions below, as a customer with us please review the terms and conditions periodically as the terms and conditions may change at anytime at our discretion without any prior notice.

Terms & Conditions for Timeshare Owners Advertising:

1)The Customer understands and agrees that REAL TRAVEL CLUBS and its agents conducts      business in accordance with Kansas State Law and governs itself as an entity based out of the state Kansas.

2) The Customer understands the Right of Cancellation is 3 days, if for any reason you would like to cancel you must do so within (3)three business days of your initial payment to REAL TRAVEL CLUBS. Requests for cancellation can be sent to customersupport@rtcsold.com and a refund will be issued within 30 days from when REAL TRAVEL CLUBS received notification of intent to cancel.

3) The Customer agrees that REAL TRAVEL CLUBS and associated agents did not engage in telemarketing to gain contact , customer agrees that their information was voluntarily submitted by the customer to REAL TRAVEL CLUBS or our affiliated lead generating websites. The customer agrees that they made the first point of contact by submitting their information to REAL TRAVEL CLUBS and/or its affiliated websites for lead generation with the intent for us to contact them in regards to timeshare related matters.

4)  REAL TRAVEL CLUBS does not guarantee the location of a buyer or a renter of your timeshare, to insure customer satisfaction REAL TRAVEL CLUBS will provide the customer one(1) qualified offer of $69 for the rental of your timeshare within 60 days of your enrollment with our service, In the event we have failed to provide you this rental offer in writing by email REAL TRAVEL CLUBS will make an offer to purchase your timeshare after the 90th day from the origination of your contract. Customers failure to reply or accept the initial $69.00 offer does not alleviate customer of ownership after 90 days as it is the customers responsibility to respond to any inquiry submitted on behalf of their timeshare especially in regards to a offer in or around the customers targeted sale or rental  price. ONLY in the event REAL TRAVEL CLUBS has not provided customers one (1) $69.00 offer within the first 60 days of your contract REAL TRAVEL CLUB will make an offer to purchase after 90 days.

5) The Customer verifies that upon enrollment with REAL TRAVEL CLUBS they have explored the website and has had the opportunity read the terms and conditions before signing a contract and furthermore verifies that no payment had been made before signing contract.      

6) The Customer agrees that if they receive a booking request/offer  for any specific date and are unable to fulfill that booking for rent or sale , that request will still constitute as a qualified offer received by customer.

7) The Customer is solely responsible for pricing of their timeshare.

8) The Customer agrees that payment by check for any consulting services/marketing and advertising services is the customers discretion, further more customers are fully aware there are other payment options available.

9) Only upon customers accepting an offer for purchase of listed timeshare and with verification from purchaser REAL TRAVEL CLUB will pay up to $599.00 toward any timeshare transfer services needed

  The Kansas Consumer Protection Act, KSA 50-640, refers to door-to-door sales, cancellation and required disclosures. According to the statute the consumer has the right to cancel a door-to-door sale made within this state until midnight of the third business day after the day on which the consumer signs an agreement or offer to purchase goods or services. A door to door means a sale, lease, or rental of consumer property or services with a purchase price of $25 or more, whether under single or multiple consumer transactions, in which the supplier or the supplier's representative personally solicits the sale, including those in response to or following an invitation by the consumer, and the consumer's agreement or offer to purchase is made at a place other than the place of business of the supplier. Some of the disclosures are:  Consumers should be provided a fully completed receipt or copy of any contract pertaining to such sale at the time of its execution, and which shows the date of the transaction and contains the name and address of the supplier, and a space for the signature of the consumer. Merchants are required to advise consumers, orally and in writing, of the consumer's three-day right to cancel. A statement, in substantially the following form, should be provided to the consumer by the merchant and state: "You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction. See the attached notice of cancellation form for an explanation of this right." "Buyer" means "consumer."

These terms and conditions include the following representations by Subscriber: The information provided on the Timeshare Worksheet is correct and can be relied upon by all buyers, renters, advertisers, brokers and title agents.                                                                                                                                                   2. The subscriber is the Owner(s) and/or has legal authority to market, sell, rent and transfer the Timeshare Ownership(s) on behalf of the Owner(s).                                                                                  3. This Agreement and resulting advertisement is not a guarantee of sale.                                               4. We may utilize a variety of innovative mediums to advertise the Timeshare Ownership(s).                                                                                                             5. Subscriber is solely responsible for the pricing, content and control of Subscriber’s advertisements and responding to any inquiries on such advertisements. The Subscriber(s) understands that inquiries are controlled solely by the Buyers and Sellers.                                                6. We are not privy to all the transactions between the buyers and sellers, so we can only rely on the data voluntarily provided by our Subscribers.                                                                                                           7. We and our agents do not purport to act as brokers and do not guarantee the sale of a timeshare or the location of a buyer.                                                                                                                                    8. Advertisement through our services does not, in any way, relieve, exempt or transfer the Subscriber responsibility for any liability to third parties such as the HOA, resort, mortgage holder, etc.                                                                                                                                                                            9. Subscriber has read and agreed to all terms and conditions on this agreement and website and we have answered any and all questions regarding this Agreement. Subscriber is not relying on any verbal representation and this agreement represents all understanding and negotiations between the parties.
